BE Creative is a video first social media agency in Port of Spain. Our clients are restaurants, clinics, schools, retailers and professional firms across Trinidad and Tobago, and every one of them needs content that moves their business, not content that just looks nice.
We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist to own a group of clients’ accounts end-to-end. Strategy, content, community and reporting. This is not a posting job. You decide what goes out and you defend why.

The pace is fast. Volume is high and turnarounds are short, because social media doesn’t wait. You’ll be holding several clients in the same week, each with a different voice, a different audience and a different definition of a good month.
We’re a lean team so nobody is standing over your shoulder. You get told once and you get it done, and when you’re stuck you ask early instead of sitting on it. If you need a slow, structured, heavily supervised environment to do your best work, this is not the role for you, and we’d rather you know that now.
Someone strategic, not just capable. Someone punctual, blunt, self motivated and accountable. Someone quirky and funny, because we laugh a lot and we’re not interested in a quiet office. Someone who wants to get better at the craft every month and wants our clients’ businesses to grow as much as we do.

BE Creative is a video first social media agency in Port of Spain. Our clients are restaurants, clinics, schools, retailers and professional firms across Trinidad and Tobago, and every one of them needs content that moves their business, not content that just looks nice.
We’re hiring a Video Producer to own that output.
You do not need to own your own gear. We supply the equipment and the editing workstation.
